Learn how to use PLANET REBATES team functions

How to create your team?

Step 1:

Go to "My account" and select "My team" tab

Step 2:

Fill in field "Team Name" with the name you want for your team

Fill in field "Team description" with a quick description for your team

click on "Open Team" if you wish to accept automatically all the members' requests to join your team, otherwise all requests in your team will have to be manually validated.

ATTENTION : the team name must be unique in PLANET REBATES . If it is not the case, PLANET REBATES will reject your team name and ask you to choose another one. All team names not complying with PLANET REBATES terms & conditions will be rejected.

 

Step 3 :

Click on "create my Team" button

How to join a team?

Step 1:

Click on "create my Team" button

Step 2:

Fill in field "Team Code" by indicating the code of the team you wish to join. If this team is opened you will be automatically accepted, otherwise you will have to wait for team's owner authorization.

How to quit a team?

Step 1:

Go to "My account" and select "My team2" tab

Step 2:

Click on "Quit team" button under your team member board

 

ATTENTION: if you are the team owner, by quiting the team you will automatically delete that team and waste all money saved by all team members

 

How to manage your team?

This function is only possible if you are the owner of the team.

To make any modifications to your team, please follow next steps

Step 1:

Go to "My account" and select "My team2" tab

Step 2:

Modification of team description, fill in "Team Description" field.

If you want to change the auto accept status of your team check or uncheck the "open team" checkbox. When it is checked all members who apply for, will be automatically accepted in your team, otherwise you will have to accept/reject all new member subscriptions to your team.

Step 3 :

Click on "Update your team" button.

 

In case your team is not in auto accept status, you can see all members of PLANET REBATES waiting for your authorization for becoming a member of your team.

To accept or reject these pending members, please follow next steps

Step 1:

Go to "My account" and select "My team2" tab

Step 2:

choose within 2 next stages weither you want to select severals or all pending members

Click on check box on board to select members you want to accept or reject as in screenshot below

Click on check box on board header to select all pending members as in screenshot below (that will select all users in the board)

Step 3 :

Click on "Accept all selected users" or "Reject all selected users" to accept or reject selected pending members
